Our Story

The Pinnacles National Park Foundation is a 501(c)3 philanthropic organization dedicated to supporting Pinnacles National Park. Operating under a Partnership Agreement with the National Park Service, we work to inspire charitable giving towards high priority programs and projects that are unfunded by park budgets. These projects protect and enhance the Park’s natural and cultural resources and foster their stewardship in perpetuity.

Pinnacles National Park Foundation originally operated under the name of Pinnacles Partnership, since its incorporation in 2006. The new name of Pinnacles National Park Foundation was adopted in mid-2017 to more succinctly express the Foundation’s role in light of Pinnacles new status as a National Park.
